Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 August 2026 · Version 1.2
1. About these Terms
These Terms establish a binding agreement between customers and Ananda Commercial Broker, an Abu Dhabi Trader establishment licensed under Licence No. CN-5366711 and trading as Ananda Hub. They govern access to the mobile application, website, booking tools, and related services. Users must actively indicate acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy before creating accounts or confirming bookings.
2. Definitions
- Booking — a request or confirmed reservation for a Partner Service through the Platform.
- Customer / you — the person who browses, registers, books, pays for, receives, or uses a Partner Service.
- Partner — an independent third-party vendor, venue operator, wellness provider, or travel supplier.
- Partner Rules — a Partner's availability, eligibility, cancellation, refund, and service-specific rules.
- Partner Service — a car rental, yacht experience, venue booking, wellness service, or travel package.
- Platform Fee — the booking, reservation, concierge, service, or administration fee charged by Ananda Hub.
3. Our Role as Access and Booking Platform
Ananda Hub operates a marketplace and commercial brokerage platform that helps customers discover, request, reserve, and pay for Partner Services. Partners supply services unless expressly stated otherwise. Bookings may involve two contracts: one with Ananda Hub for platform access and fees, another with the Partner for the service itself.
Ananda Hub is responsible for platform operation, accurate information presentation, booking transmission, and charge administration. The Partner is responsible for licensing, availability, descriptions it supplies, safety, and delivery of the Partner Service.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting. They must provide accurate, current, complete information and maintain account security. Users cannot impersonate others, create false accounts, transfer accounts, or use others' identities or payment methods without authorization. Ananda Hub may request identity, age, driving licence, passport, visa, insurance, or payment verification reasonably required for bookings or by law.
5. Listings, Requests and Booking Confirmation
Listings, photographs, descriptions, prices, and availability are supplied by Partners or compiled from Partner information. The Platform seeks reasonable accuracy, but details may change. Requests become confirmed only when the Platform, Ananda Hub, or Partner issues clear confirmation and required payment or deposit is received.
Users must review listing information, Partner identity, dates, location, guest numbers, inclusions, exclusions, eligibility requirements, Partner Rules, cancellation terms, payment recipient, and total price before paying. Material terms cannot be retroactively changed without user agreement except where required by law.
6. Prices, Taxes, Payments and Authorization
Prices display in AED unless stated otherwise. The checkout screen shows the payable amount, including Platform Fees, Partner charges, deposits, and applicable VAT or taxes.
Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers. Methods may include payment cards, digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay, or other displayed methods. Ananda Hub does not independently provide payment aggregation or money-transfer services; selected providers' separate terms apply.
Payment can also be completed through secure payment links issued by Ananda Hub, the Partner, or licensed payment providers. Users must confirm recipient, amount, booking reference, and payment-page address before paying and should avoid unverified links.
Eligible customers may use buy-now-pay-later or instalment services like Tabby or Tamara where offered, subject to provider approval and eligibility. Only methods displayed through official Platform channels or verified payment links may be used.
By submitting payment details, users authorize the applicable charge, pre-authorization, or security-deposit hold. The checkout and receipt identify the amount, payment recipient, Partner charge, Ananda Hub fee, deposit, taxes, and refund responsibility. Users remain responsible for bank charges, currency conversion, unauthorized chargebacks, fines, damage, excess usage, and other properly disclosed post-service amounts.
7. Deposits, Minimum Spend and Additional Charges
Some services require a reservation deposit, refundable security deposit, card hold, minimum spend, or advance payment. Type, amount, and refundability appear in the listing, checkout, confirmation, or Partner Rules. Venue minimum spend may be redeemable only against eligible items and may exclude taxes, service charge, tips, or restricted items.
Partners may charge documented additional amounts for damage, loss, traffic or marine fines, late return, overtime, excess mileage, fuel, cleaning, smoking, no-show, extra guests, or prohibited use. Ananda Hub may request supporting evidence and give reasonable opportunity to respond, subject to urgent legal or safety needs.
8. Cancellations, Changes, No-Shows and Refunds
The cancellation and refund conditions shown before confirmation apply to the booking. Partner Services have different cut-off times and refundability. Unless stated otherwise:
- Cancellation is effective only when submitted through available channels and acknowledged by the Platform, Ananda Hub, or Partner.
- Late arrival, no-show, failure to provide documents, or denial of service caused by eligibility/conduct rule breaches may be treated as customer cancellation without refund.
- Date, guest, vehicle, itinerary, or service changes are subject to availability and may change the price.
- Once refund entitlement is confirmed, the responsible party instructs the original payment provider within seven business days.
- Platform Fees are refundable only where checkout terms specify, where Ananda Hub cancels without providing the service, or where law requires.
If a Partner cancels or cannot materially provide the confirmed service, users may choose a reasonably comparable alternative where available or receive a refund. Any Platform Fee charged solely for the cancelled service is also refunded unless the cancellation resulted from user breach or the fee relates to a separately completed service.
9. Cars and Mobility Services
The driver must meet the rental company's age, licence, identification, deposit, insurance, and driving-history requirements. Only approved drivers may drive. Customers must inspect vehicles, report existing damage, obey UAE traffic laws, and use vehicles only in permitted areas for lawful purposes.
Mileage, fuel, Salik/tolls, parking, traffic fines, impoundment, insurance excess, damage, tyre damage, off-road use, smoking, late return, and cross-border rules are determined by the Partner Rules and rental agreement. Vehicle substitutions are allowed only where permitted by booking terms, normally with a reasonably comparable category or refund option for material downgrades.
10. Yachts and Marine Experiences
The operator and captain control navigation, passenger capacity, safety instructions, boarding, route, and whether conditions are safe. Their lawful safety decisions are final. Bookings may be changed, delayed, or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, authority restrictions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. Applicable rescheduling or refund terms will be communicated.
Customers must comply with identification, dress, conduct, prohibited-item, catering, swimming, and passenger rules. Costs caused by customer damage, misconduct, or excess time may be charged.
11. Venues, Nightlife and Hospitality
Entry remains subject to the venue's door policy, age and ID checks, dress code, capacity, conduct rules, and applicable law. Bookings do not override lawful admission requirements. Table location, seating, opening hours, entertainment, and menu items may change. Minimum-spend terms and included items are controlled by the confirmed booking and Partner Rules.
You and your guests must behave respectfully. A venue may refuse or remove persons for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive conduct without refund where legally permitted.
12. Travel Packages and Third-Party Travel Supply
Flights, hotels, villas, transfers, tours, and travel packages are contracted, arranged, and supplied by an appropriately licensed travel or tourism Partner and its third-party suppliers. The licensed Partner is identified before payment and is responsible for the travel contract and fulfilment. Ananda Hub acts only as a commercial broker or booking facilitator unless confirmation expressly and lawfully states otherwise.
The Partner's fare rules, baggage terms, visa and passport requirements, check-in rules, security deposits, local taxes, and cancellation conditions apply. Users are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, entry permissions, and destination law compliance. Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated.
13. Wellness and Professional Services
Information on the Platform is not medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Customers must assess suitability and disclose relevant allergies, medical conditions, or other information directly to the Partner. Regulated services must be delivered by appropriately licensed Partners.
14. Promotions, Credits and Member Offers
Promotions, referral rewards, credits, and member offers may have separate validity, eligibility, category, minimum-spend, and non-transferability conditions. Unless stated otherwise, they have no cash value, cannot be combined, and may be withdrawn where issued in error, obtained through abuse, or prohibited by law.
15. Customer Conduct and Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Use the Platform or a Partner Service unlawfully, fraudulently, dangerously, or to harm others.
- Circumvent the Platform to avoid disclosed charges after Partner introduction.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or introduce malicious code.
- Upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
- Abuse staff, Partners, or other customers, manipulate reviews, misuse promotions, or make false disputes or chargebacks.
- Use Platform content, data, or Partner information for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
16. Reviews, Messages and User Content
If users submit reviews, photographs, messages, or other content, they retain ownership but grant Ananda Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Platform. Ananda Hub will not use names, images, voices, or private messages in external advertising without separate, specific consent. Users confirm they have the necessary rights and that content is truthful and lawful. Unlawful, unsafe, or irrelevant content may be moderated or removed.
17. Intellectual Property
The Platform, the Ananda Hub name, branding, interface, software, text, graphics, and compilation are owned by or licensed to Ananda Hub and protected by law. A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right is granted for personal, lawful booking purposes. No other right is granted.
18. Communications and Notifications
Ananda Hub may send service communications necessary for your account or booking by in-app notification, push notification, email, SMS, telephone, or messaging channel you provide. Marketing communications require lawful consent and can be opted out of; essential booking and security messages cannot be disabled while relevant services are active.
19. Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using the Platform and request account deletion. Ananda Hub may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Partners, the Platform, or legal compliance; investigate suspected fraud or breach; respond to authority requests; or address non-payment. Appropriate notice and opportunity to respond will be provided where suitable. Existing payment, refund, liability, and dispute obligations survive termination.
20. Platform Availability and Third-Party Links
Ananda Hub aims to keep the Platform available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, network failure, third-party systems, location services, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access. Third-party links or integrations are subject to their own terms.
21. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ananda Hub is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable and was caused solely by a Partner's independent performance of a Partner Service. This does not exclude Ananda Hub's responsibility for its own Platform, booking, payment, disclosure, or refund obligations, or for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of non-excludable duties.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Ananda Hub's aggregate liability relating to a booking will not exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection obligations, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory UAE consumer rights always prevail.
22. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse Ananda Hub for reasonable losses, claims, and costs caused by your unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or damage caused by you or your guests. This does not apply to the extent loss was caused by Ananda Hub or a Partner.
23. Force Majeure
Neither Ananda Hub nor a Partner is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, authority action, road or port closure, epidemic, civil disturbance, labour disruption, or systems or payment-network failure. The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce impact. Refund or rescheduling rights remain subject to the confirmed booking and mandatory law.
24. Complaints and Disputes
Users should contact Ananda Hub promptly with their booking number, issue description, and supporting evidence at info@anandaplatform.com or through Help & Support in the Platform. Customer support is handled electronically; Ananda Hub has no customer-facing retail premises.
Ananda Hub will acknowledge and review complaints, coordinate with the Partner where relevant, and seek fair resolution. Users must give Ananda Hub and the Partner reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Users may also use any competent UAE consumer-protection channel available. These Terms do not restrict mandatory complaint or consumer rights.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction, the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing proceedings, parties should attempt in good faith to resolve disputes for at least 30 days after written notice.
26. General Provisions
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or severed to the minimum extent required, and remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Users cannot assign rights without written consent; Ananda Hub may assign these Terms as part of lawful restructuring, financing, or platform transfer, with appropriate notice where required.
These Terms must be available in Arabic and may be provided in English. Both versions are intended to have the same meaning. If there is conflict, the Arabic version and mandatory UAE law prevail to the extent required by law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, confirmed booking, and applicable Partner Rules constitute the agreement concerning relevant use or bookings.
27. Changes to these Terms
Ananda Hub may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. Revised versions with effective dates will be posted with prominent notice where changes materially affect user rights. Changes do not retroactively alter confirmed bookings unless required by law or agreed with users.
